Responsibilities: •Implement & coordinate patient assistance programs.•Facilitate education, emotional support, treatment options and referrals to needy patients.•Organize & coordinate patient support activities eg.workshops, seminars, conferences and patient newsletters. •Work with patients, healthcare professionals, relevant industries to pull together resources for patient support initiatives. Requirements: •Passionate to work with patients community. •Good communication & listening skills. •Written & verbal fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin. •Internet & computer literate. •Solid work ethic and commitment. •Independent, organized, detail-oriented and pro-active. •Able to travel to outstation for patient support events when required. •Experience in social / health or relevant fields is an added advantage.
